Taking into account the lack of modern NMR instrumentation in Romania and Moldova, the Spectroteam for Romania Foundation is initiating a census of the available NMR equipment and the scientists in charge with their operation and maintenance. The main goal of this action is to facilitate the communication between those persons having common problems related to the service, maintenance and operation of these instruments. On long term it is hoped that, based on common existing problems, this action will stimulate a better and more efficient collaboration between the existing NMR laboratories.
