Spectroteam for Romania Foundation is having contacts with several humanitarian organisations, foundations and other non-governmental organisations operating in Romania. Spectroteam for Romania and Scotland Romania Language Links maintain a special collaboration and support relationship.

Scotland Romania Language Links (SCROLL) is organising each year (since 1993) summer courses in English Language. These courses are held simultaneously by tenth of students from British universities in various towns of Romania.
