The Lamont Handicapped Centre is aiming to become a model education and sport club for handicap kids. The first Lamont Handicapped Center has been opened in Cluj in the spring of 2000.

Spectroteam for Romania Foundation is having contacts with several humanitarian organisations, foundations and other non-governmental organisations operating in Romania. Spectroteam for Romania and Lamont Handicapped Center maintain a special collaboration and support relationship.
